Here’s a detailed description of our policies regarding goods/ and/or services
VIP Spot Boutique is a fashion retail company offering both online and in-store services. These terms and policies affect your online interactions and subsequent purchases
An agreement of sale between VIP Spot Boutique and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of VIP Spot Boutique.
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, VIP Spot Boutique will contact you with options.
Subject to product availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.
All orders are dispatched via Aramex or our choice of courier service. Kindly note that delay in deliver services is not grounds for return or refund.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by VIP Spot Boutique.
If an item is damaged when you receive it, you must inform VIP Spot Boutique within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged item.
All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the item is in its original state, we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original state, we will refund you the value of the product.
If you receive the wrong item, you must contact VIP Spot Boutique within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick on our side, we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ item for the one actually ordered on our account.
VIP Spot Boutique shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
We respect your privacy. This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. VIP Spot Boutique website is 100% safe and secure as it is encrypted to ensure that information entered or transmitted through this website cannot be seen, copied or stolen by any other person or software. All payments are processed by PAYFAST, a leading and trusted pay gate processor.
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer or cash deposit into the VIP Spot Boutique’s bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

Reduced or sale items are not eligible for return. Promotional items cannot in anyway be exchanged for another item, nor refunded or returned due to a fault on the item.
